Gentle support for balance, healing and energetic alignment

Reiki, pronounced ‘ray-key’, is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body, mind and emotions in returning to a natural state of balance. It works by encouraging relaxation, reducing stress and supporting your body's innate ability to heal.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected, or simply out of alignment, Reiki offers a calm space to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself. 

Reiki may support you in:

• Releasing stress, tension, and emotional overwhelm

• Easing anxiety and depression

• Providing relief from the pain of illness and/or injury
• Creating a deep sense of calm, relaxation and improved sleep

Each session is unique and meets you exactly where you are. 

What to expect in a session

Your Reiki session is a calm, nurturing experience, held in a quiet space where you remain fully clothed and comfortable on a treatment table. Gentle background music is played to promote relaxation. During the session, light, non-intrusive hand placements over the head and body support the natural flow of energy in your body. 

Many people experience warmth, coolness, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or a sense of peace and lightness. Coloured lights or images might appear in the mind. Varying sensations are part of the normal self-healing process as the body releases what it no longer needs.

 

Each session is unique and guided by what you need in the moment.

Reiki is a complementary healing practice and does not provide medical diagnosis or prognosis.

 

Sessions can be held in person or remotely through distant healing, both of which are equally effective. 

My approach

My Reiki practice is grounded, intuitive and heart-led. I create a supportive space for you to gently release energetic blockages and restore balance across your mind, body and spirit.

Alongside my professional training, I draw on my lived experience of healing, emotional transformation and personal growth. This allows me to hold space with depth, empathy and understanding for whatever you are moving through.

Readiness for change and trust in the process support deeper transformation, allowing clarity and a greater sense of direction to emerge naturally. My intention is always to support you in feeling safe, seen and gently guided back to yourself.

How healing unfolds

Healing may be felt immediately or continue to unfold over time as your body gently integrates the energetic shifts from a Reiki session. You may begin to notice changes in how you respond to life, emotions and challenges, reflecting this ongoing gentle process of transformation.
