This is your midweek pause.

Each circle is gently guided and intentionally small
(maximum of 8 women), creating a safe and
intimate environment for emotional release,
rest and reconnection.

Through guided reflection, meditation and Reiki
energy healing, you are supported to release what
you've been carrying and reconnect with a calmer,
more grounded version of yourself.
